About Me
Tuan Khanh Ngo, a photographer drawn to stillness, contrast, and the quiet beauty that often goes unnoticed.
Based in Ottawa, I’ve spent the past decade exploring Canada’s diverse landscapes, from the windswept coasts of the Maritimes to the silent prairies and the glowing cityscapes in between. I photograph not just what I see, but what I feel in those moments.
My work moves between bold and tender: black & white studies of emotion, rich color portraits, atmospheric landscapes, and intimate moments behind closed doors. Whether I’m capturing a human connection or the shape of light on a quiet street, I’m always seeking that invisible thread, the unspoken tone behind the image.
Over the years, my images have been published by National Geographic, featured in DK’s Natural Wonders of the World, and licensed by global brands through Getty Images. But my work is as much about community as it is about recognition. I often collaborate with local creatives, offer one-on-one photography outings, and teach post-processing through Lightroom and Photoshop workshops.
Photography, for me, is a shared language, one that speaks in tone, shadow, and light.
Welcome to my visual world.
