Paid $99 upfront (non-refundable) to secure your date, cover pre-session consultation, preparation, and professional travel within the Ottawa area. This fee does not include any images.

The Session offer a completely private, on-location photography service at your chosen venue such as your office, outdoors, or home for a professional or lifestyle look. The session spans approximately 90 minutes, a time optimized to capture a diverse range of expressions, outfits, and backgrounds .

Following the session, I select the most exquisite shots for your review on a secure online platform. Your purchased package includes 10 digital download of your finalized, high-resolution, professionally retouched photos. Full rights to print and post these photos for personal use, commercial usage license for branding, LinkedIn, websites, etc.

Preparation & Policies: You are responsible for selecting and providing your own outfits. Please come with 3–5 options ready to vary the styles such as professional, casual, thematic. For professional portraits, it is highly recommended to arrive with your hair and makeup fully styled and appropriate for the desired look. These arrangements are not included.

Privacy & Confidentiality: Your private photo album will be accessible on a secure online platform for a period of one month from the date of delivery. Your privacy will be fully respected. I will never share or publish any of your photos on my website or social media without your explicit, separate, written consent.

Booking: please note that a $99 non-refundable session fee is required for each booking. This secures your specific date and time and covers all pre-session work.
